Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — refunds are issued only for charges made in error.

1. Subscriptions

OpportunityRadar Premium subscriptions (Telegram alerts, AI search, priority support) billed via Selar, Pesapal, or Flutterwave:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds for unused days after cancellation.
  • If you are charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will refund the incorrect amount in full within 7 business days.

2. Digital Products (Uganda Job Vault)

All products sold on Uganda Job Vault (via Selar) — including past papers, CV templates, interview guides, and AI-generated CVs — are digital downloads or instant-access content:

  • All sales are final once the product is downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
  • No refunds or exchanges because the customer changed their mind, bought the wrong product, or did not find the content useful.
  • If a product is defective (corrupted file, wrong file delivered, or technical error prevents access), contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or issue a full refund.

3. MCP Server API Plans

Paid API plans (Builder, Pro) for our MCP data servers:

  • You may downgrade or cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months.
  • If our service experiences more than 72 hours of unplanned downtime in a month, we will issue a pro-rata credit or refund upon request.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email keys@opportunityradar.africa with:

  • Your registered email or phone number
  • The payment reference or transaction ID
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We review and respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We will resolve the issue promptly. Filing an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension.
