What Data We Collect

When you interact with OpportunityRadar, we may collect:

• Phone numbers — provided when you message us on WhatsApp.
• Search queries — the keywords and natural-language searches you send to the bot.
• Subscription status — whether you are on the Free or Premium tier, processed via Selar.
• Message history — your conversation with the bot, used to improve responses.

We do not collect your full name, email address, or any payment card details (payments are handled by Selar).

How We Use Your Data

• Delivering alerts — sending daily opportunity notifications to your WhatsApp number.
• Improving search results — understanding what kinds of opportunities our users look for.
• Processing subscriptions — verifying Premium status to unlock features.
• Customer support — responding to queries sent to our email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

Data Protection

OpportunityRadar is operated by MARISEN PAGES, registered in Uganda. We are registered with Uganda's Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) — reference number pending. Our data handling practices comply with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your data.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to the WhatsApp bot at any time to stop all messages immediately. You can also contact us directly to be removed from all communications.

Data Retention

We retain interaction records to improve the service. We will delete your data on request. Subscription records may be retained as required by Ugandan law for a minimum period after cancellation.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Selar — payment processing for Premium subscriptions.
• Groq — AI inference powering our natural-language search.
• WAHA — WhatsApp API gateway for message delivery.

We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function (e.g., your WhatsApp number with WAHA; subscription reference with Selar).

Cookies & Tracking

This website uses no cookies and no tracking pixels of its own. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads to visitors of this website. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google's ad settings.
